About the Role
If you're a recent graduate with a degree in computer science or information technology looking for your first opportunity in a global company, we have an exciting entry-level position for you.
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll join our customer support team to provide essential assistance to our clients. This role offers on-the-job learning experience, including buddy and coaching programs, to develop your skills in incident management, business analysis, customer management, incident monitoring, and incident resolution.
Requirements
You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
We're looking for someone with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team environment is crucial for success in this position.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
