Job Summary:

Vínculo Estratégico Rh is seeking a highly skilled Ehs Assistant to join our team. As an Ehs Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health, safety, and environmental concerns.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote health, safety, and environmental awareness among employees.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental metrics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
