Job Summary:
Vínculo Estratégico Rh is seeking a highly skilled Ehs Assistant to join our team. As an Ehs Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health, safety, and environmental concerns.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote health, safety, and environmental awareness among employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental metrics and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
