Job Title: Mobile Engineering Manager I

Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled engineering manager to lead our Ad Formats Iterations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to architect sustainable and efficient solutions, providing technical and team leadership, and mentoring engineers at various levels of seniority.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to architect sustainable and efficient solutions
  • Provide technical and team leadership on rapid short-term projects/feature development as well as longer-term development of new services
  • Partner with product management to set engineering priorities, estimate scope of work, define release schedules, and track progress
  • Actively foster high-quality software development through code reviews, pair programming, and targeted feature development
  • Mentor and develop engineers at various levels of seniority
  • Enable and enhance production readiness of the broader ads manager ecosystem
  • Grow the team in your first year of employment by hiring great people

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Track record of developing high-quality software in an automated build and deployment environment
  • Experience leading a team of engineers through a significant feature or product launch in collaboration with Product and Design
  • Well-versed in agile development methodologies
