Industrial Sales Director

About the Role
">- This is a highly competitive role for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales team and drive sales growth in the industrial and automation market.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes establishing strong relationships with key personnel at assigned customer accounts, negotiating and closing agreements with large customers, and monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
About You
">- You will have a proven track record in sales or a similar senior sales role, with a strong business sense and industry expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- You will be able to drive the sales process from plan to close, staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring that your team is on board.
