As a Sales Leader for Fine Fragrances, you will be responsible for the business success of our Fine Fragrances division, by managing and leading sales activities while ensuring proactive plans are in place to support the commercial strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead projects originated in the region establishing resources, own & manage timelines.
  • Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project.
  • Lead contact for client Global Fragrance Development leaders.

Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement and supply chain.

Ownership of the business, by an efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management.

You Bring

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, sales/marketing.Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients' projects.Solid experience in managing project across the value chain (Service level agreements, supply chain projects).Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue...).Integrity, passionate, resilient & desire for customer intimacy building.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent English (excellent written and verbal skills).
