Job Summary:

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III to lead the development and implementation of our products and services in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgrade existing products, while monitoring project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and implementation process of our products and services in LATAM
  • Coordinate with IGT cross-functional teams and customers' stakeholders
  • Lead multidisciplinary/multicultural teams and partners (internal and external) assigned per project
  • Availability to Travel within LATAM as needed up to 50%
  • Participate in Internal activities like shows/events and/or processes improvement
  • Participate in verbal and written coordination, troubleshooting and other communications in English language

Requirements:

  • English Professional Working Proficiency
  • 5 years in a similar position
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and successfully drive results through multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and partners (internal and external) in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Customer, results and solutions-driven
  • Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Outstanding business etiquette, networking and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation skills)

  • Effective time management and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Experience in project management and discipline with an eye on established standards and costs
  • Ability to work outside of regular work hours, including weekends and public holidays (based on business developments)
  • Willing to travel on an 'as needed' basis
