We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and development of control of quality requirements for clients, policies, procedures, and plans.
- Carry out statistical process control methods, measurements, and R&R. Maintain documentation and data support.
- Prepare specific and internal quality reports for clients.
- Lead plant meetings to discuss quality issues (QWR).
- Maintain control of current production processes and develop Poke-yokes processes.
- Coordinate activities of engineers and quality supervisors.
Requirements
- Engineering degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required).
- Mastery of English.
- Experience in Quality, customer service, transfers, and audits.
- Knowledge of Ford and GM processes (desirable).
- Negotiation skills.
- Personal management.
