Key Responsibilities- Lead the construction process of diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Supervise project sites regularly to manage the construction process effectively
- Establish and maintain standard construction policies and procedures to monitor and control budget, costs, and risks
- Collaborate with development and property management teams to maintain company standards
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, construction management partners, and project consultants
- Implement lean construction techniques to measure and control projects, reduce costs and time, and improve quality and execution
- Manage project plans in alignment with scope, time, cost, quality, and resources, including oversight and review of procurement, submittal, and change order schedules
- Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably with hospitality and luxury projects, vertical residential, or mixed-use developments
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Strong skills in handling multiple tasks, delivering against budgets and schedules with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and communicate complex documents affecting real estate projects
- Fluency in English is a plus
