Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team at PER, Private Equity Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction process of high-end branded residences and luxury homes for our client, a premier international real estate fund.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the construction process of diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Supervise project sites regularly to manage the construction process effectively
  • Establish and maintain standard construction policies and procedures to monitor and control budget, costs, and risks
  • Collaborate with development and property management teams to maintain company standards
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, construction management partners, and project consultants
  • Implement lean construction techniques to measure and control projects, reduce costs and time, and improve quality and execution
  • Manage project plans in alignment with scope, time, cost, quality, and resources, including oversight and review of procurement, submittal, and change order schedules
  • Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably with hospitality and luxury projects, vertical residential, or mixed-use developments
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Strong skills in handling multiple tasks, delivering against budgets and schedules with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and communicate complex documents affecting real estate projects
  • Fluency in English is a plus
