About the Role:

The Data Scientist Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Strategy commercial teams by providing actionable insights and data-driven solutions. This position will be responsible for creating, executing, and populating commercial area information with standard reports and Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Cost-to-Serve Analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead the Sales Strategy reporting team to ensure performance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of cost data and supporting documents
  • Create and run reporting tracks for Productivity Execution
  • Support requests and issues, providing solutions using existing reporting tools or enhancing new functionalities
  • Optimize processes by leveraging best practices
  • Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems
  • Ensure appropriate customer escalations and ticket assignment with different teams
  • Provide onboarding for new reports and services to end-user communities
  • Participate in fine-tuning activities to improve performance and ensure SLAs
  • Execute reports according to SLAs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Data & Analytics-related field
  • Good understanding of Business analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience using different systems of data (Alteryx, Power Query, SQL, ETL Python)
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Power BI
  • Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies
  • Intermediate English
