Shure is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products. **Key Responsibilities**
• Ensure compliance with internal work regulations and industrial safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement quality improvements, and conduct daily meetings to discuss progress and actions.
• Implement and enforce the use of poka-yoke guidelines to prevent defects and errors.
• Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Promote a culture of discipline and organization through the implementation of 5S principles.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Monitor and report on production schedules, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with production procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing engineers to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track production metrics and performance.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production role.
• Experience in assembly of electronic components and manual processing.
• Strong knowledge of poka-yoke, Kanban, and other lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
