Job Summary:

This position is a unique blend of administrative support and procurement expertise, ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, procuring items as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, demonstrating strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, showcasing attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring sensitive information remains confidential.

MRO Procurement Duties:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices for MRO supplies.
  • Budgeting: Estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on the location and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and MRO supplies is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
