Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Supervisor to oversee the bar service at one of our Hilton hotels. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality, efficient beverage service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar service, ensuring that all beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and train bar staff to ensure they possess a perfect knowledge of all beverages, their preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and hotel procedures related to the bar and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Maximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, and effective training and motivational techniques.
  • Deal with sudden staff shortages and report all absences according to company procedures.
  • Complete all necessary administration in accordance with company procedures relating to all staff members.
