Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Professional Services Team, you will work with customers to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.

About the Role

This role involves working with customers to define and document technical solutions. You will collaborate with Engagement Managers and other consulting professionals to deliver high-quality projects.

  • Participate in workshops to document customer requirements.
  • Develop functional and technical design documents based on customer needs.
  • Configure Zendesk according to agreed-upon design documents.
  • BUILD technical solutions using Zendesk APIs.
  • Create custom reports using GoodData (Insights).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain expertise across the Zendesk product suite.
  • Stay up-to-date with web development and customer experience best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 3+ years technical consulting experience.
  • Experience working on medium to low complex customer engagements.
  • Knowledge of various architectures (Web, Enterprise, SaaS) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful and JSON APIs.
  • Experience with SSO and telephony solutions.
  • Good understanding of Project Management and Business Analysis fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and its impact on businesses.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Accountable for billable utilization targets.
  • Ability to deliver consulting onsite and remotely.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with backend programming languages (Ruby, Python, Java, C#, etc).
  • Familiarity with frontend programming languages/frameworks (JavaScript, React, Vue, JQuery, etc).
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or AWS Certification.
