Regulatory Affairs Specialist for Consumer Health Products

Our Legal Counsel will play a crucial role in providing legal and regulatory advice applicable to the consumer hygiene and health products industry, focusing on commercial issues, economic competition, consumer protection, and personal data protection to safeguard our interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Offer legal guidance on corporate matters and document review, protecting our organization's assets and reputation.
  • Evaluate and advise on terms and conditions for contests and promotions, guaranteeing fairness and transparency.
  • Create and revise legal documents, maintaining accuracy and precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates, adapting to changing laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Law degree specializing in regulated sectors, with a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or companies within the sector, handling similar responsibilities and functions.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to analyze and present complex information effectively.
