Job Purpose
This role will provide advanced technical support services to TD SYNNEX customers. The position will assume multiple roles during its dynamic work schedule to provide 24/7 coverage together with TD SYNNEX's Support Team. Responsibilities include incident handling & response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance & onsite visits. Support will be provided to a wide variety of IT infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The position will assume 24/7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur. This includes monitoring alerts from the SAMA monitoring system. The role will actively collaborate in the attention of remote management requests from customers.

The position will also support the generation of periodic or punctual reports to customers. Additionally, the role will adopt a pre-sales position and generate business opportunities in the form of new services or products.

Requirements

2-3+ years working as an L1 Support Engineer. Fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Bachelor's Degree. Advanced network architecture and operating systems skills. Advanced Firewalls, Routers & Switching skills. Network monitoring skills. Teamwork. Analytical skills. Active communication skills.
