This role is part of our expanding Operations Team responsible for making sure our partners have an easy and seamless experience getting their properties live on our platform. With properties in many parts of the US, we're looking for an Operations Support Specialist to improve the customer experience and streamline operations in the following ways:

**What you'll be doing:**

We're looking for someone to engage with operations specialists who call, text, or slack us with questions about setting up a property. The goal is to help the specialist get the job completed within one trip, so the property can go live on time. This involves providing feedback and insights for product, troubleshooting issues with partners and operations specialists, and assisting as needed with listing and updating properties on the MLS and on Sunroom.
