Job Title: Spa Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Sofitel Royal Bay Resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spa services: Offer a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, to guests in a professional and relaxing environment.
• Maintain high standards: Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are clean and well-maintained, and that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Upsell and cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell spa services to guests, and communicate these opportunities effectively.
• Maintain knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends, products, and services, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our spa offerings.
• Work collaboratively: Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to ensure that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years minimum experience in a similar position.
• Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in massotherapy/body treatment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
