Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at Listopro as a SAP FICO Business Analyst. This role will involve working closely with our business analysts and consultants to develop and improve the performance of our IT systems for the Finance Area, with a focus on US site support. The successful candidate will work under the responsibility of the Business Analyst to specify, develop, maintain, and improve the performance of solutions that automate our business processes. They will also monitor the global performance of IT services that support our core processes and take proactive and/or reactive steps to restore or improve service performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise between business and IT resources to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work with IT Architects, Development, and Support teams to coordinate delivery dates, prioritize initiatives, and meet business needs.
  • Provide functional information about business processes and process integration criticalities to external service partners to resolve incidents.
  • Document, recommend, and present systems enhancements and alternatives to meet business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities for the Finance and Controlling area by leading Root Cause Analysis of major incidents, recommending, and implementing improvement ideas.
  • Communicate changes and provide training to impacted key users or users.
  • Regularly liaise with internal and external clients.
  • Work within a complex matrix organization internationally and provide expertise in SAP Finance functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in high-pressure and high-activity situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide the work of others, including external suppliers and service providers, to interact with people working remotely, in different countries, and from different business and geographical cultures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and awareness of process and service concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Over 3 years of experience in design and deployment of SAP solutions for Finance and Controlling.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and CFIN (Central Finance).
  • Expert in business processes aiming to support Finance Business.
  • Broad understanding of technology and software development and implementation practice.
  • Nice to have expertise on Esker Tool.
  • Knowledge on Accounting US topics.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter.
