About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cardiology team as we launch new and innovative products to the Electrophysiology (EP) market. Our technologies include 3D Mapping and Navigation systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, Diagnostic Catheters, EP recording systems, and Intracardiac Access Sheaths for diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the 3D Mapping System during case procedures within an assigned geography.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrophysiology and medical device technology to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.
Requirements
  • English proficiency: 80%
  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information.
  • Availability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure.
  • Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system.
  • MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, patient centricity attitude, teamwork and results-oriented.
