In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to employees and management teams within Ford De México. Your primary objective will be to accurately complete transactions utilizing HR Shared Services procedures and policies, while striving to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
About the RoleYou will work with contact center technology, including case management, knowledge management, document management, electronic signature tools, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Your ability to identify frequent transactional issues and suggest process improvements will be crucial in enhancing our HR operations.
Your ImpactAs a successful candidate, you will demonstrate effectiveness in working with diverse HR processes, analyzing data to solve problems, and communicating complex information to various stakeholders. You will also be expected to remain flexible with staff scheduling changes and time zones, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration, Psychology, or Communication is preferred. Experience in shared services is also highly valued. Additionally, advanced English language skills are mandatory, with Portuguese being a desirable second language.
Estimated Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
