Job Title: Scm Outbound Supervisor Jr

At Vitesco Technologies Group Ag, we are seeking a highly skilled Scm Outbound Supervisor Jr to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of outbound shipments, managing material flow, and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute and supervise processes for the management and operation of outgoing shipments.
  • Verify and administer the correct flow of goods, from production centers to customer transport loading.
  • Maintain fluid and constant communication with customers via established tools and standards.
  • Ensure the generation of necessary documentation for shipments, in accordance with established procedures and norms.

Required Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably related to the function.
  • Years of experience in the position: 2-3 years.
  • Years of experience in the automotive industry: 2-3 years.
  • Required knowledge: Billing and distribution, warehouse management, customer portals.
  • Software: SAP, not indispensable.
  • English level: Fluent business.
  • Soft skills: Work under pressure, coordination with others, discipline, urgency sense.
