• Provide evidence of bank disbursements to local teams.
• Attend to customer cases, resolving issues within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Review and analyze rejected or returned payments.
• Identify and resolve errors in payments, payments on hold, and unreconciled items.
• Analyze payroll payment problems, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate problem resolutions between banks and operations teams.
• Prepare metric analysis and reporting.
• Address escalated payment issues and lead activities to resolve payment concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvements and project work to drive functional excellence.
• Complete payment process special handling requests.
• Develop and document new processes and improvements.
• Function effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, both internal and external, ensuring professional and appropriate communication.
• Comply with Eaton's policies, including Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy, Management Environmental Safety and Security, and Health (MESH).
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical knowledge of accounts payable, data processing in financial systems, bilingual skills (English-Spanish) a plus, accounting and banking portals, and strong PC skills (Excel).
• Shared service experience a plus.
• Soft skills, including communication, ability to operate and deliver independently without day-to-day supervision, flexibility to work outside standard hours to accommodate teams working globally, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
