Join Our Team as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead our team of developers in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects and collaborating with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack systems and distributed microservices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and participate in internal and external technology communities to drive innovation
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years of people management experience
  • Strong technical skills in cloud computing, distributed systems, and full-stack development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years of people management experience
  • Experience with Agile practices and open-source frameworks
