Job Purpose

The Electromechanical Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by analyzing work orders, performing inspections, and conducting repairs to maintain equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze Work Orders: Review work orders from maintenance supervisors or production personnel to identify the type of service required, including predictive, preventive, or corrective maintenance.
  2. Perform Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to diagnose failures and determine the necessary actions to take.
  3. Prepare Vouchers and Logs: Prepare consumption vouchers for spare parts and auxiliaries, and document required spare parts in the log to ensure timely repair or maintenance.
  4. Request Spare Parts: Request quotations and acquire spare parts and auxiliaries not available in the warehouse, following established procedures.
  5. Conduct Repairs: Perform repairs to equipment and machinery to reintegrate them into production as quickly as possible.
