Aircraft Technician

STS Technical Services is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team. As an Aviation Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft, ensuring they are airworthy and meet regulatory standards.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft, including inspections, replacements, and installations of parts.
• Use technical manuals and documentation to diagnose and repair issues.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to complete projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

• Active FAA A&P certification.
• Two-year degree from a college or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of recent working experience as an Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods.
• Good knowledge of aircraft systems and proficiency in technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
