About the Role

The Maintenance Manager is a key member of our team at Electrolux, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimal manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, tooling engineers, and technicians to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, cycle times, methods, and controls.
  • Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products, and oversee facilities maintenance and janitorial services.
  • Develop and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 50001 energy management system and other relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and problem-solving skills to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
  • Follow internal safety procedures and ensure execution of responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14000 requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (preferable).
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Knowledge of PM and TPM systems, general maintenance policies, and procedures.
  • Significant experience with maintenance activities, including motors, PLC, controls, and programming.
  • Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods, including flow, layout, production equipment, and tooling specification.
