Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Handler to join our team at FedEx Express México. As an Operations Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that packages are delivered and picked up in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct thorough checks on packages to ensure that they are properly labeled, meet weight and size requirements, and are properly wrapped.
  • Prepare and process necessary paperwork, including airway bills and delivery records, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Seek out opportunities to grow our business by identifying and pursuing new sales leads.
  • Collaborate with Station Ops. Manager and Sales team to stay informed about changes in customer and competitor efforts.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner, performing basic maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Basic English skills.
  • Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with proper equipment.
  • General vehicle maintenance and power tools experience a plus.
  • Ability to pass the Basic Skills Test, including Reading, Map Reading, Sorting, and Math sections.
