**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic IT Project Manager to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our technology project management group, you will be responsible for developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, and project estimates. Your excellent communication and diplomacy skills will enable you to interface with senior project staff and client management teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, and project estimates.
  • Interface with senior project staff and client management teams.
  • Recommends and oversees process improvements.
  • Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
  • Provides expertise in IT project leadership and possesses a comprehensive understanding of how areas integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions.

**Qualifications**:

A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree, is required. This role provides a high-level review of the types of work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

**Desirable Skills**:

  • Directly works with a team of teams aligned to a Business Capability.
  • Continuously coaches teams and stakeholders on the way of work and technology disciplines.
  • Supports the Product Owner in maintaining data in the agile toolset to provide transparency to the roadmap.
  • Facilitates events to provide value through a constant delivery of products and solutions.
  • Creates visibility to teams' performance and tracks performance against the IT business plan.

**Certifications**:

SM/PO/Agile coach Certifications are a plus.
