CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management department in Cd Juárez. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing facets of project management, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scopes, define project objectives, and lead project execution resources/team to achieve project goals.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Implement change management routines to evaluate change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
- Oversee all phases of project management, including procurement, contracting, planning, monitoring, and closeout.
- Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Work directly with clients to prepare project elements, including scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PM developing Industrial Projects.
- Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish).
- Experience in managing Contractors, Construction Tender, Purchase Orders.
