- Execute and supervise tasks for each shipment, maintaining daily communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Generate reports and manage emails to ensure seamless communication and data integrity.
- Take full ownership of accounts, driving their success through proactive and dedicated service.
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of Global Forwarding experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong experience working with automotive accounts.
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven track record of strong customer service skills, interacting with customers and being client-focused.

- High level of attention to detail.
