Job Summary
Vantiva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead the financial operations of our Optical and Corporate divisions in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial area of our two companies in Mexico, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control financial operations, including financial statements analysis and validation, budget and forecast analysis and validation, and treasury management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including GAAP, tax, and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and improve financial performance.
- Manage and supervise a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, lawyers, and consultants.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Proven track record of financial management and leadership experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
