About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the definition of the Right Scenario for our new plant, reviewing business growth ambitions and determining capacity needs on different product lines versus available capacity.
- The selected candidate will define when the new capacity must be fully available, outline manufacturing processes required and identify sourcing options from other SE plants or OG suppliers.
- This role also involves defining the organization of the project team and assigning resources to each workstream.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making a detailed project plan, including resources needed, project budget, and building and driving the project team.
- Leading the project team to execute the project as per the timeline and budget defined at the DO stage gate.
- Ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to each workstream and helping the project team to solve issues blocking progress.
- Maintaining stakeholder involvement and ensuring all mandatory processes are followed by the project team.
- Managing risk and issue resolution processes.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Engineering, with specialization in Management, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment of a multinational corporation.
- Deep understanding of electrical switchgear manufacturing in ETO (Engineered to Order) environments highly desirable.
- Necessary skills include strong project execution, setup of green field plants, and functional reporting in large matrix organizations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
