Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes managing activities, meeting project targets, and leading cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management
  • Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Maintain a warranty concern plan to address and resolve field and return problems
  • Represent Webasto at customer product planning and product reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of Project Management experience in the Automotive industry, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Economic and technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant PM processes, methods, and tools
