Logistics Strategist

**About the Role**

Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics. As a Logistics Strategist, you will play a key role in ensuring the fast, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in managing global logistics programs to join our team. You will be responsible for strategically planning and executing logistics operations, prioritizing cost savings and efficiency.

In this role, you will oversee the management of import and export processes, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency
• Manage global transportation networks, including ocean freight, airfreight, and land transport
• Oversee customs clearance and brokerage services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Analyze and resolve complex logistics issues, identifying opportunities for improvement

**Requirements**

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a global environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
