The Senior Principal Consultant for Netsuite is tasked with delivering implementation solutions to clients utilizing NetSuite in a post-sales environment. Working closely with the Consulting Delivery team, this role involves quickly evaluating client requirements, crafting innovative strategies, and executing them to enhance client satisfaction. A primary focus is on assisting clients in streamlining their business processes, thereby improving their satisfaction and loyalty. You will manage a diverse client portfolio while adhering to strict timelines.

  • Delivering implementation solutions to both new and existing NetSuite clients.
  • Capturing and validating client business needs and aligning them with NetSuite capabilities.
  • Configuring and customizing the NetSuite platform to fulfill client requirements.
  • Facilitating consulting sessions and documenting outcomes with meeting summaries.
  • Participating in internal project discussions and providing updates on the status of tasks and deliverables.

Commitment to Delivery Excellence. Contributes to delivery excellence by documenting best practices for solutions and engaging in the NetSuite Subject Matter Expert program. Also assists in the sales process as required.

Ongoing Education. Contributes to the internal knowledge repository and keeps abreast of new product enhancements.

Problem-Solving Skills. The consultant is capable of managing most scenarios independently and possesses a strong commitment to customer service, excelling in problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing solutions within the NetSuite framework. Additionally, they are skilled in documenting and escalating issues as needed.

Decision-Making Skills. This role necessitates robust decision-making capabilities, including persuading clients to adjust existing business practices and managing scope and expectations effectively.

Interpersonal Skills. The consultant should exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities, establishing credibility and rapport with stakeholders. They serve as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating with both functional and technical stakeholders.

Experience Requirements. Ideally, candidates should possess over 8 years of experience with a consulting firm or software provider, along with a minimum of 3 years in a Netsuite Functional Consultant capacity.

Educational Background. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems. A master's degree or further qualifications are advantageous.
