We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Right at Home of Northeast, MS. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical care and support to elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a caregiver, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills. A high school graduate or G.E.D. certificate is preferred, and 18 years of age or older is required. You will also need to pass a written competency evaluation with 80% or higher and have six months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare (in homes or facilities).

• Perform personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and household chores
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Follow specific instructions for patient care and medication administration
