Drive Channel Growth and Strategic Partnerships

At Equinix, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional team in driving enterprise market adoption of integrated Equinix/partner solutions. As a Director of Partner Account Management, you'll be responsible for leveraging Account Plans to achieve channel/company new bookings and enterprise new logo growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct regional team of Managers in recruitment, onboarding, and management of partner relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic alliance partners and define joint value propositions
  • Engage partners and Equinix teams for technical positioning, alignment, and packaging
  • Develop and align joint value propositions and bundled offers
  • Lead GTM preparation and execution, including collateral, messaging, and sales training
  • Establish sales ROE and onboarding plans, and ensure effective communication during sales pursuits
  • Coordinate channel marketing and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Direct pipeline development, sales targets, and deal management
  • Manage long-term relationships with partners and ensure designation and alignment of executive sponsors
