Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the operations of facilities and infrastructure, including HVAC systems, fire safety, and electrical backup.
Supervise and maintain all essential utilities and services, such as electricity, chilled and cold water, compressed air, service water, and gas.
Plan, direct, and evaluate all requirements and resources necessary to achieve maintenance objectives and targets.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to maintenance and service policies, including planning, execution, and accountability.
Coordinate building modifications and new construction projects, including planning, design, execution, and handover for local initiatives.
Develop budgets and control costs for operational and capital expenditures.
Implement local energy management strategies to measure, monitor, and calculate potential energy savings in daily operations.
Oversee general services, including janitorial, landscaping, and pest control.
Develop strategies to identify, calculate, and implement cost-saving initiatives within facilities management operations.
Prepare and present executive reports on all relevant KPIs related to facilities management operations, targets, and projects.
Lead and mentor team members within the designated area to accomplish their tasks and promote teamwork and talent development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field with relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing manufacturing facilities, preferably in the automotive sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
Knowledge of applicable NOM standards.
Demonstrated leadership and motivational capabilities.
Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
