Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the recruitment and selection cycle, including job postings, initial phone screenings, in-person interviews, and administering skills assessments.
- Prepare competitive job offers for approval and communicate them to selected candidates.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires throughout their onboarding journey.
- Draft employment contracts and coordinate orientation sessions with relevant departments, ensuring comprehensive HR onboarding.
- Offer general assistance to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, such as creating purchase requisitions, monitoring HR vendor payments, and maintaining organized records.
- Perform transactional tasks in Workday, including managing requisitions, recruitment activities, employee records, terminations, and updating organizational structures.
- Identify and implement process enhancements as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment processes (both Direct and Indirect).
- Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
