Data Processing and Administration:

As a key member of our team at Trouw Nutrition, you will be responsible for receiving, classifying, and summarizing documents and information. This will involve processing data and information in various systems and databases according to our work instructions.

Communication and Data Assembly:

You will occasionally contact customers, suppliers, or colleagues to exchange information. Additionally, you will assemble relevant data and compile information as directed.

Secretarial Duties and Other Tasks:

As part of your role, you may perform secretarial and administrative tasks such as receiving and referring visitors, opening and distributing office mail, and maintaining appointment calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, classify, and summarize documents and information.
  2. Process data and information in various systems and databases.
  3. Occasionally contact customers, suppliers, or colleagues to exchange information.
  4. Assemble relevant data and compile information as directed.
  5. Perform secretarial and administrative tasks as required.
