About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join our IT team at Colgate-Palmolive. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business partners and IT teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects.
  • Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.
  • Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes.
  • Support day-to-day business requirements according to Global SLA.
  • Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as SAP IT Expert, IT Project Manager, or Consultant.
  • IT experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or leading IT projects for 5-7 years.
  • English proficiency.
  • Knowledge in Implementation Methodologies like Agile, ASAP, Scrum, etc.
  • Experience in integration between SAP Quality Management, Production Planning, Material Management, and Sales & Distribution.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
  • Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures.
