Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the correct operation of software by conducting functionality tests
  • Design new test scenarios in line with expected system functionalities and business needs
  • Execute test scenarios according to the established test schedule
  • Analyze the results and metrics of conducted tests
  • Report new bugs (in accordance with the project process), track their processing, retest functionalities after the corrected source code is delivered, and close the bug after the process is completed
  • Participate in scheduled meetings, particularly team meetings within the project
  • Communicate actively with all stakeholders during the process of preparing and executing test scenarios to efficiently deliver a high-quality product
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of software quality, testing process, type of tests, product lifecycle, and bugs reporting
  • Commercial experience in Cypress or Playwright
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of GIT version control system
  • Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, or similar)
  • Practical knowledge of technologies used in web applications (HTML, HTTP, REST API)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
Nice to Have:
  • Commercial experience in performance tests (JMeter, Locust)
  • Commercial experience in API tests (Postman, Tavern, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Own GitHub repository with some code to share
  • Knowledge of Page Object Pattern
