Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in Querétaro, a city with great economic growth and an excellent quality of life. As a Financial Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations to ensure the correct recording of the company's financial movements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts
  • Post Month-end Journal Entries
  • Resolve issues between Banks and RIA
  • Follow up on all unresolved issues daily until resolved
  • Post Journal entries for month-end close
Requirements
  • University-level studies without a degree, preferably in administrative areas
  • Advanced level of English
  • Command of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in the administration area and in handling bank reconciliations
