Job Summary
The Total Production Cost (TPC) Purchasing Program Manager is a key member of the North America Purchasing Program Management Team within the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Organization at Stellantis.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of ambitious vehicle program cost targets, ensuring cost competitiveness for Stellantis customers.
- Generation and tracking of savings ideas, leveraging innovative cost reduction tools and methodologies.
- Utilization of data analysis to derive negotiation strategies from supplier cost breakdowns.
- Executive-level reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Supplier Operations, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and low-cost country sourcing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze supplier costs and develop negotiation strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, with familiarity navigating QlikSense/Power BI.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous program/project management role or demonstrated skills.
- Familiarity working with System Cost Engineering, Supply Chain, VAVE, Brand, and Product Engineering teams.
