Job Title: Operations Handler

At FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Handler to join our team. As an Operations Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.
  • Checks packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content, and compliance with FedEx safety policies.
  • Provides necessary paperwork relating to the pickup and delivery of packages.
  • Seeks additional business from current customers and informs Station Ops. Manager and Sales of changes in customer/competitor efforts.
  • Loads and unloads company aircraft and vehicles in a safe manner.
  • Audits size and weight of packages and boxes and sorts.
Requirements:
  • Middle School degree or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Basic English Skills.
  • Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred.
