Job Description

At SEGULA Technologies, we're looking for a skilled Technical Test Manager to join our team. As a Technical Test Manager, you'll be responsible for driving complex problems to completion using your technical expertise. You'll work closely with the team to scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, and make time estimates for testing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

The main activities for a Technical Test Manager include:

  • Providing status and presenting team results on different forums.
  • Defining, planning, and monitoring testing activities based on program increments and deadlines.
  • Managing and analyzing Jira data and generating KPIs to measure team performance.
  • Leading scrum events, including daily scrum and sprint planning.
  • Identifying and managing hardware dependencies for end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with a college or university degree in engineering or a related discipline. You should have effective communication skills, both written and oral, and at least one year of experience in program management and software testing. You should also be a team player, proactive, and proficient in English.

Core Competency Requirements

We're looking for candidates with a solid understanding of ISTQB testing methodologies and experience in program management, with a focus on software development, verification, and validation or quality assurance. You should also be proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Tools, Confluence, and JIRA. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum methodologies is also required. Basic programming skills to automate tasks or perform calculations are a plus.
