Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team in Linares, Nuevo León. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client orders, establishing strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client orders to meet established commitment dates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Review and analyze customer placement orders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate release coverage and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Main coordinator for customer updates and communication.
• Monitor and control production and lead times to meet customer demands.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Proven experience working with automotive OEM customers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams towards success.
• ERP-SAP system knowledge and expertise.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
