Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Manager for Customer Satisfaction will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. This individual will handle customer complaints, track progress in quality improvements, develop tools to effectively track performance, communicate with customers to update on complaints, make presentations on quality KPIs to upper management, train employees in WCM quality tools, prepare customer-related reports (including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions), and proactively visit customers' sites as needed or requested.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Track and communicate progress in quality improvements to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement tools to effectively track performance metrics.
- Communicate regularly with customers to update them on complaint status and progress.
- Presentation skills are required to make presentations on quality KPIs to upper management.
- Train employees in WCM quality tools to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Prepare customer-related reports (including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions) to provide insights and recommendations.
- Proactively visit customers' sites as needed or requested to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Industrial/Electromechanic Engineer degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Experience in internal and external audits is highly desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Strong soft skills, including teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.
- Availability to travel, preferably with a valid US visa.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
