North American Production Sharing, Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead our production efforts.

Job Description:

The Operations Director will be responsible for defining the position profile for each cell and/or work team to designate who must operate the machines for the hiring of operational personnel.

This role also includes the authority to stop any process or activity when the environment, safety and/or quality is at risk.

In addition, the Operations Director will have the authority to stop any process due to lack of production plan, lack of technical documentation, or lack of training for operational personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with mechanical, electronic, electromechanical, or industrial engineering backgrounds or similar careers.

Candidates should also have an advanced level of English, especially necessary for the purchase and installation of imported machinery.

A valid visa is also required.

Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess core tools, auditor interno, 8 DS, interpretation of plans, management of audits, quality techniques, process mapping, knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3, administration of SGC, and KPIs.

General Experience:

Applicants should have knowledge of the automotive sector, personal development, inventory management, management of operational controls, prospecting operating budgets, and implementation of changes.

Benefits:

The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
