**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the production control, SO scheduling, and contribute to KPIs such as OTP and MELT.
  • Establish a robust governance between Business Operations and Plant.
  • Develop and lead Materials Requirements Planning for the Tijuana factory.
  • Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and material availability.
  • Assist all department budgets and run all inventories on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with program managers to supervise all supply chain activities.
  • Set goals, policies, and procedures for the planning department.
  • Maintain and run planning KPIs such as On Time delivery, Customer Lead Time, Production Jobs Execution, and Manufacturing Variances.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or planning (preferred).
  • 7+ years' experience in manufacturing and demand planning, plus inventory management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years direct managerial experience.
  • Significant experience of working in a material planning role and managing the supply of materials in line with production requirements and budget.
  • Proven people management skill set.
  • Proficient working knowledge and experience of using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or similar.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Organizational ability and strong IT systems knowledge and skills, including advanced Excel skills.
